With over 20 years of experience in primary education—specialising in Early Years and most recently serving as a Deputy Headteacher—I am deeply passionate about supporting children's mental health. My goal is to use my background to have a positive impact on children’s wellbeing within our community by teaching innovative mindfulness and mindset techniques.
